If you receive your merchandise and it is damaged contact customer service by sending an email with order # with a brief detailed description so that we can resolve.
If you are unsatisfied and would like to exchange or receive store credit you are responsible for shipping fees and once received then store credit or item for equal value will be shipped. In order to receive store credit we will have to have the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving.
When exchanging for a different size we have to receive item(s) back within 7 days of receiving and you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
